A clear sequence from site assessment to operational verification.

1. Capture the opportunity

Review the existing array, energy usage and performance goals without promising a universal yield increase.

2. Inspect the premises

Document access, panels, rails, roof anchors, cable movement allowances and environmental exposure.

3. Identify parts and loads

Determine materials, steel sections, moving mass, motor requirements, travel limits and wind loads.

4. Prepare the plan

Prepare mechanical drawings, sensor and actuator architecture, commissioning criteria and safety provisions.

5. Install

Carry out the approved retrofit with qualified installers and appropriate structural and electrical review.

6. Test and commission

Verify the defined motions, operating limits, manual control, faults and resulting system performance.
